If you’re using these in a classroom setting, these letter e activities make great centers. Read one picture book aloud (After The Fall by Dan Santat, optional) and use this pack to set up several premade, differentiated centers that all tie back into the book.

If you’re homeschooling, this pack is perfect for those schooling multiple skill levels. Read the picture book to everyone, then set each child up with a related activity appropriate to their skill level.

  • “Cracked 3 In A Row” a printable game with multiple ways to play. Can be used as a single player, two player, or multiplayer game. Instructions are given for each variation. Focus in on CVC words and word endings.
  • “Write Word Equations” a hands on activity that shows kids how word families work. By changing out the beginning or ending sound “egg half”, we make different words. Suddenly reading and word families aren’t as scary!
